The Clinical Trial Coordination (CTC) QC and Preceptorship Senior Data Coordinator works within a multidisciplinary team that supports clinical research studies conducted across Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. The position is responsible for collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and abstracting clinical research data; ensuring data quality, protocol compliance, and timely completion of study-related data activities. Reporting to the Clinical Research Training and Preceptorship Manager, this role also supports onboarding, preceptorship, training, and quality activities for Data Coordinators and research staff.
This position serves as a subject matter expert in clinical research data coordination practices and works in close collaboration with investigators, providers, and research staff across multiple disease areas to support consistent application of data management, quality assurance, and data coordination best practices.
To maintain operational expertise and support departmental needs, this position maintains an active portfolio of clinical research studies, or assumes responsibility for assigned studies as needed, to support operational coverage, maintain subject matter expertise, and inform training and quality-improvement activities.
This role is designed for someone who is hands-on and enjoys directly engaging with research staff to identify needs and drive improvements in clinical research data coordination practices.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.83 to $47.73 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.
