Fred Hutch’s Philanthropy program raises funds for cancer and related disease research, care, and education to help Fred Hutch become the world’s best cancer center. Since the April 2022 merger that led to the formation of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Fred Hutch has served as the cancer program for UW Medicine, and Philanthropy is proud to raise funds that fuel the adult oncology program on behalf of both Fred Hutch and UW Medicine.

Job Summary
The Program Coordinator, Gift Services & Data Management- Temporary, is a member of the Data Philanthropy program and reports to the Executive Director, Gift Services & Data Management. The Data Philanthropy program maintains and strengthens Philanthropy’s infrastructure by managing, analyzing, and leveraging the data needed to inform organizational strategy and conduct the operations that engage and steward Fred Hutch stakeholders.
The Program Coordinator, Gift Services & Data Management, manages the essential day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the team as well as special projects related to the maintenance and growth of Philanthropy’s infrastructure and operational goals. The Gift Services team efficiently manages a high-volume of donor contributions, processing over 70,000 gifts and 200,000 transactions annually to ensure timely donor acknowledgement and stewardship.
Some travel and weekend and evening work may be required.
This position is a hybrid role with a minimum three days per week at our South Lake Union campus.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.26 to $44.51 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
