The Basic Sciences Division at Fred Hutch is seeking a Research Administrator II (RA) to facilitate the work of our preeminent scientists. This position will be one of a current team of RAs supporting the Division's growing faculty. The position serves as a liaison between the laboratories and the administrative departments and as such has an opportunity to provide a broad array of administrative support functions. The RA plans for and ensures compliant and effective funding, budget and regulatory administration and general administrative support for one or several Principal Investigators and their labs/departments. The RA collaborates with Principal Investigators and interfaces with other departments as needed on administrative and strategic planning and works autonomously to complete non-scientific grant content and tasks, facilitates human resource activities in the laboratories, advises the PIs on relevant matters, and develops effective solutions to related issues.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $32.77 to $49.14 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
