The Administrative Fellowship Program at Fred Hutch Cancer Center is a comprehensive two-year experiential program designed for early careerists in healthcare administration. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their leadership style and build upon their skills while immersing themselves in a fast-paced environment. Fellows will engage closely with executive leaders, gaining direct exposure to strategic initiatives, operational processes, and organizational governance. The fellowship is open to candidates who will complete a master's degree in the 12 months prior to the start date of the fellowship.

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000.
