The Stamatatos Lab, part of the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division, is a leader in translational vaccine research, dedicated to developing and evaluating innovative HIV vaccination strategies. We leverage a broad range of experimental and computational approaches, seamlessly integrating preclinical immunogen evaluation with clinical testing in collaboration with the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN) at Fred Hutch.
We are seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to join our team in cutting-edge HIV-1 vaccine research. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of vaccine development, focusing on the design, testing, and optimization of novel HIV vaccine candidates in appropriate animal models. The role also involves analyzing immune responses elicited by these vaccines in human phase 1 clinical trials, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in HIV immunology.
What We Offer:
The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow will play a leading role in exploring the activation, expansion, and maturation of vaccine-induced protective B cell responses against HIV-1. This research will span transgenic animal models and ongoing human clinical trials.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $77,976 to $95,014 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
