The Public Reporting Business Analyst is a critical member of the team responsible for Fred Hutch’s strategic priority to be a top performer in national ratings and rankings. The incumbent performs patient chart reviews, collects, manages, and submits patient data in prescribed formats to support quality systems reporting for internal use as well as external reporting to governmental, regulatory, payer, and benchmarking programs.
The Public Reporting Business Analyst supports quality improvement project analyses such as identifying trends in key quality metrics driven by review of medical record data elements. This role supports the development of reports for dissemination to appropriate workgroups and clinical leadership. This role assists in ensuring data integrity and harvest according to acceptable industry definitions/specifications. This role also acts as a key member of quality improvement activities that require chart review and abstraction activities and serves as an educational resource for other members of the team.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $34.40 to $51.60 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
