The Supplier Tax & Regulatory Manager will oversee and manage federal and state tax regulations, including requirements to file government forms such as 1099 for U.S. payees and its counterpart Form 1042-S for non-U.S. persons. This role will ensure that the company adheres to applicable tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies for supplier transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of tax regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations related to supplier transactions, including income tax, sales tax, and VAT.
Regulatory Oversight: Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws and regulations that affect supplier operations and recommend necessary adjustments.
Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they understand and comply with relevant tax and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and assess tax risks associated with supplier contracts and transactions, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Reporting: Prepare and present tax-related reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Policy Development: Develop and implement tax policies and procedures related to supplier management.
Training: Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders and suppliers on tax compliance and regulatory requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $102,420 to $161,865, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
