Applications are invited for a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow position with Drs. Wei Sun and Li Hsu in the Biostatistics Program at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
Responsibilities include developing innovative statistical and machine learning methods for spatial-omic or genomic data, identifying tumor features predictive of survival outcomes, as well as integrating multiple data sources to assess the relation between environmental risk factors and tumor subtypes. Specific areas of interest include deep learning, statistical modeling and inference, and observational data analyses. The fellow will have real data analysis experience by participating in large collaborative studies involving rich datasets on tumor germline or somatic genetic data, spatial omics, lifestyle and environmental risk factors across diverse populations.
The position will come with a very competitive postdoc-level salary with great benefits for at least two years. The annual base salary range for this position is from $67,728 to $150,000 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
