The Senior Property Manager is responsible for property management operations and leasing support for Fred Hutch Cancer Center’s Real Estate portfolio (2.4+ M Sq Ft), including owned and leased: office space, laboratory space (clinical and research), outpatient clinical space, patient housing, and inpatient hospital space. This position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with end users, tenants, and Fred Hutch leadership; manage multiple vendor relationships both as the direct customer and as a tenant in leased spaces; develop and maintain best practices in healthcare and academic research environments (including regulatory compliance); and respond to emergent situations as part of an on call rotation.
This position is based on site on the South Lake Union campus, with travel as needed to other locations in the portfolio. This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $107,536 to $169,956, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
