The Administrative Fellowship Program at Fred Hutch Cancer Center is a comprehensive one-year experiential program designed for early careerists in healthcare administration. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their leadership style and build upon their skills while immersing themselves in a fast-paced environment. Fellows will engage closely with executive leaders, gaining direct exposure to strategic initiatives, operational processes, and organizational governance.
At the start of the fellowship program (July 2025), students must have completed and/or be on track to complete their master’s degree in health administration (MHA/MHSA), Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA) or similar master’s degree program in a related field of study. Applicants should be in the second year of their coursework, except in programs where the second year is a residency.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $63,024 to $94,494, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
