As a member of a robust team, the Senior Marketing and Communications Project Manager plays an integral role in ensuring the successful execution of Fred Hutch’s marketing and communications strategies. The Senior Project Manager reports to a Senior Marketing Manager, but works across multiple teams to support projects that may span the entire Marketing & Communications Department. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for partnering with key leaders within the Marketing and Communications department to support strategic planning and implementation of key initiatives. This includes developing and maintaining a robust tracking and reporting system, working within existing frameworks (e.g. Asana). The Senior Project Manager also supports intake, project, management, and closure/reporting for a variety of other large-, medium- and small-scale projects, both those internal to marketing and communications and those derived from requests by other departments and divisions. The Senior Project Manager must be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment, communicating successfully with a wide range of teams and levels of stakeholders inside and outside the department.
This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Project management for department strategic planning (15%)

The annual base salary range for this position is from $99,445 to $157,144, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
