A Research Technician I-II position is available immediately to join the laboratory of Scott N. Furlan in the Clinical Research Division of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle, WA in the newly refurbished Steam Plant building. The candidate will contribute to multiple projects in blood and marrow transplantation and pediatric oncology using cutting-edge single-cell genomic technologies. The successful applicant will have a basic background knowledge of genomics. Day to day activities will include sample processing, single cell capture, sequencing library preparation, and bioinformatic analysis of resulting data. Balance will be approximately 5-10% bench-work and 90-95% computational.
