    • Assist in managing the Incident Response Program
    • Handle security incidents & incident prevention
    • Work alongside and mentoring information security engineers to improve security, reduce and quickly address risks
    • Manage our security monitoring platform (Splunk) and respond to network and endpoint security events
    • Understand security vulnerabilities, provide relevant guidance to other IT teams
    • Work closely with the IT Security and Compliance team toward the implementation and maintenance of all data security-related infrastructure and policy
    • Assist in identifying security risks by participating in security reviews, evaluations, and risk assessments
    • Provide support to Security Operations teams to solve correct technical challenges related to implementation of security solutions
    • Develop and maintain security monitoring, logging and auditing
    • Assist in facilitating security related training
    • Assist in phishing, social engineering and tabletop exercises to simulate threats



    • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field or the equivalent experience
    • 7+ years of experience in information security
    • Experience in GRC tools such as Archer, MetricsSystem, BWise
    • Knowledge and experience with identity and cloud security technologies
    • Strong knowledge of SIEM and Splunk solutions
    • Knowledge in information security fundamentals (threat modeling, penetration testing, incident response, network security, physical security, etc.)
    • In-depth understanding of endpoint and network security for Windows and Linux
    • At least one Information security related certificate such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Security +, SANs, GIAC
    • Experience in web application security and secure development processes (SDL), including tools & mitigation of identified vulnerabilities
    • Experience with industry standards such as HIPPA, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3+ years’ experience in IT audit, information security, and/or privacy roles
    • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, information security policies and standards, compliance frameworks and security operations in complex technical environments
    • Experience with threat modeling tools, SDL tools, developing on Archer and/or Cherwell platforms, Splunk or other SIEM tools
