    We are seeking an experienced Senior HCM Analyst to join our team. The chosen candidate will be a part of a high performance, mission driven, HRIS team responsible for support of Workday, PeopleSoft HCM, HR cloud solutions and other Human Resource systems. The initial focus will be a successful phased implementation of Workday HCM including Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Timekeeping and Payroll.


    • Key team member in all phases of Workday implementation
    • Design and support configurations in Workday including tenant build and validation, business processes, workflows, notifications and other system objects
    • Develop, document and maintain functional documents in support of the Workday modules
    • Support major Workday releases by researching new functionality, testing, implementation and assist with change management plan
    • Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization
    • Develop and maintain reports, workforce analytics and executive summaries comprised of business metrics including, turnover, staffing, payroll
    • Create metrics, statistical data, analytics, summarize graphical representation and special reports as required utilizing HR systems, Excel, Tableau and other applications to analyze and logically present data
    • Participate on projects and execute assigned tasks associated with them
    • Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues and integrations
    • Working knowledge of talent management processes including performance management, goal setting, succession management, merit and performance-based compensation
    • Consult within the HRIS, stakeholders and business teams to understand and assess business processes under review
    • Analyze and document business processes, fit-gap analysis, inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design
    • Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Assist others in understanding the flow of information/processes and data through systems
    • Lead or assist in project management for HRIS projects which can include defining project vision, managing resources, scheduling meetings, creating project plans with key milestones, tasks and resources


    • Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related functional field), or equivalent experience required.
    • 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience and a broad knowledge of Workday Cloud HCM and other HR systems
    • 5 years demonstrated experience implementing and supporting complex HR and/or payroll systems (e.g.: Workday, Kronos, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone, etc.)
    • Solid project management skills along with strong attention to detail
    • Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate effective working relationships
    • Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities
    • Proven record of negotiating delivery commitments and meeting expectations
    • Ability to successfully partner with vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are sometimes located remotely
    • Experience with change management methods and programs a plus
    • Ability to provide guidance to consumers on interpreting HR data
    • Preferred applications knowledge includes: Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Tableau
