We have an open postdoc position to work on combining deep learning with immunological knowledge to predict and understand the evolution and function of adaptive immune receptors. This includes both learning the statistical distribution of immune receptors, and understanding the mechanistic process of B cell somatic hypermutation in detail. The successful candidate will have a strong background in at least one of deep learning or immunology, and ideally both.
