    The Senior BI Architect/Developer is responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of interfaces, portals, and dashboards, recommends appropriate security models, and architects for optimum efficiency and reuse. This role requires a strong collaborator who can partner effectively with various levels of the organization and deliver results within established timelines. This role requires an understanding of business processes as well as the ability to articulate and implement reports and analyses addressing the business requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

    • Works on enterprise-wide small and large projects of varying complexity that require the highest level of expertise; participates on project teams, performs systems and data analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement activities, as well as related maintenance and production support.
    • Work with a variety of BI tools in support of defining data structures, data integration, data cleansing, and the creation of data dimensions and business rules
    • Responsible for planning, prioritizing, estimating & delivering quality projects & work on time
    • Implement industry BI and reporting standards and best practices
    • Develop technical requirements, deployment documents and other supporting mechanisms for soliciting and documenting business needs
    • Maintain technical requirements templates and questionnaires for content
    • Ensure requirement documents are complete and include all the necessary information to support reporting development
    • Participate in functional / technical /user acceptance testing efforts


    • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 7-10 years related work experience.
    • Fluent in ETL technology
    • Expertise in data management standards and data model practices
    • Experience in writing and optimizing SQL
    • Experience creating dashboards and reports with a BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau or WebFOCUS
    • Experience using and troubleshooting Javascript, AJAX and/or JQuery, Python, CSS and HTML
    • Experience with Data Quality/Master Data Management best practices
    • Strong background in master data management implementation, data governance, data architecture, data quality, data mapping, and data structures.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, listening, presentation, negotiation
    • Experience working with WebFOCUS
    • Experience developing WebFOCUS reports, dashboards and portals using App Studio, Report Designer or Info Assist
    • Working knowledge of WebFOCUS security concepts
