    The Temporary Sourcing Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters to support clinical recruitment for Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

    Responsibilities

    Under direction from the Director, Talent Acquisition, the responsibilities will include:

    • Create sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of candidates for key clinical positions.
    • Partner with recruiters to provide strategies and resources to attract candidates and increase workforce diversity at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
    • Drive sourcing and outreach to grow talent pipeline. 
    • Connect with and engage talent and perform basic screens on applicants.
    • Work closely with recruiters to understand challenges and business needs.
    • Identify external channels, events, and organizations to develop sourcing channels.
    • Perform recruiting and interview scheduling as needed.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • 3 years’ experience in recruiting or recruiting sourcing in a corporate or agency environment.
    • Experience with recruiting technology including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and relevant sourcing specific tools.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self‐starter as well as a strong team player.
    • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
    • Sense of urgency and business orientation combined with customer service skills.
    • Strong analytical skills to create and measure sourcing campaign metrics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
