The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA), located in Seattle, Washington, is part of a dynamic collaboration among three organizations known nationally and internationally for their patient care and research: Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, University of Washington, and Seattle Children's. Over the past 25 years, these institutions have worked together to support their mission of adult and pediatric oncology patient care services, research and education.
The Business Analyst team within Transformation Shared Services will have two primary functions: performing high level assessments for IT Intake Requests and performing longer in-depth analysis for implementations. The first function is to engage in gathering requirements to hand off to technical teams for implementations. The Business Analyst will work with Business Owners to identify the scope, technical needs, and what will be needed for cutover. Once that information is gathered, the ownership of the implementation will be handed off to technical resources to bring the request through full implementation. The second function the Business Analyst will provide is participating in Shared Services Intake to gather high level requirements for new requests from the business.
This role will work with business partners, project managers, CPI associates, and Transformational Shared Services leadership. The candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision, develop and track to work breakdown structures for their assignments, and have experience in agile management methods.
