    The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator supports and contributes to the achievement of established Human Resources (HR) strategic goals for Fred Hutch and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) by: providing HR support to the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs); interfacing with the HR Specialty Teams to further relevant initiatives consistent with policies and regulatory requirements; and providing direct support to client groups.

    Responsibilities

    • Supports HRBP specialty function to include developing communications, conducting research and generating and analyzing reports within Fred Hutch and SCCA to support HRBP initiatives
    • Coordinates the processing of HR initiatives through the monitoring of time lines, developing and organizing information and executing assigned tasks accurately
    • Collaborates with HRBPs, HR Specialty functions and client groups to coordinate, facilitate and manage HR programs for Fred Hutch and SCCA
    • Operates within HR specific policies and procedures and demonstrates cross-functional knowledge of the HR Specialty Teams
    • Routes inquiries to appropriate levels of the organization
    • Maintains data integrity of files and documents in established databases or records management system
    • Supports continuous improvement efforts within the HRBP function and the broader HR organization
    • Supports and participates in activities and projects that promote employee engagement across FHCRC and SCCA
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Relevant training/experience in Human Resources
    • Minimum 2 years administrative and/or HR experience
    • Good written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
    • Good analytical skills and must be proficient in Excel
    • Broad knowledge of HR regulations and policies
