    The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for the Immunotherapy Clinical Research Group, Clinical Trials Director and Alliance Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Clinical Trials Manager in calendar management, meeting organization and preparation, distribution of agendas and meeting minutes
    • Provide administrative support for the Immunotherapy Clinical Research Group, including meeting organization, distribution of agendas and reminders, meeting minutes
    • Perform administrative duties to include office organization, supply management and verification and approval budget expenditures
    • Organize and maintain clinical administration electronic folders
    • Arrange full itineraries for biotechnology site visits, including coordination of multiple groups across organizations, tours of facilities and meeting minutes
    • Coordinate Internal and External Alliance Management meetings, including calendar management, meeting organization and preparation, room reservations, catering and distribution of agendas and minutes
    • Manage onboarding process for team, including record access, regulatory training requirements and core. subject training requirements
    • Maintain record of staff trainings and ongoing staff training requirements
    • Coordinate team meetings/education series
    • Function as a primary contact person for the group
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years progressively complex administrative experience
    • Strong computer and word processing skills
    • Proficiency with a variety of software packages
