    We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. The chosen candidate will be a part of a high performance, mission driven, HRIS team responsible for support of PeopleSoft HCM, HR cloud solutions and other Human Resource systems.

    • Participate on projects and execute assigned tasks associated with them
    • Maintain data integrity in current system by running queries to validate interfaces
    • Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues
    • Develop and document detailed functional specification documents for new HCM Cloud solution
    • Design, develop and maintain functional specifications for new configurations to Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent review, Succession planning and Compensation modules in HCM cloud
    • Working knowledge of talent management processes including performance management, goal setting, succession management, merit and performance-based compensation
    • Consult within the HRIS and business teams to understand and assess business processes under review
    • Analyze and document business processes, fit-gap analysis, inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design
    • Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities to improve processes
    • Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Assist others in understanding the flow of information/processes and data through systems
    • Contributes to requirements gathering and communicating with the development and business teams
    • Guides the project team towards the incremental delivery of project releases
    • Leads or assists in project management for HRIS projects which can include defining project vision, managing resources, scheduling meetings, creating project plans with key milestones, tasks and resources
    • Identify, analyze, and document both functional and technical system requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience
    • 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience and a broad knowledge of HR systems (Oracle Cloud or Workday HCM products strongly preferred)
    • 5 years demonstrated experience implementing and supporting complex HR and/or payroll systems (e.g.: PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle Cloud, iCIMS, Cornerstone, etc.)
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate effective working relationships.
    • Ability to successfully partner with vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are sometimes located remotely
    • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team
    • Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards
    • Experience with change management methods and programs a plus
