The Donor Information Services (DIS) team manages and analyzes an extensive donor/prospect database with 500,000 constituent and prospect records. The 21-member team helps maintain and strengthen Philanthropy’s infrastructure while stressing the importance of quality data collection and gift handling, outstanding prospect research and management, valuable analytics, innovative software integration and database integrity.
The Special Events Gift Handler will serve as the liaison between Gift Services and Events team to assist in gift coding, credit card processing and acknowledgement responsibilities. This individual will accurately code Event donations for Gift Processor data entry into Raiser’s Edge. They will also assist in event attendee data processing and acknowledgement duties pre/post event. The Special Events Gift Handler will be well-versed in gift coding, database hygiene best practices and continuously aim to optimize current processes and procedures associated with DIS.
