The operations support representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position will provide support for operational process workflows as it relates to the clinical trials system. This position will provide support operations processes, align support operations with the clinical research processes and support and maintain clinical research compliance.

  • Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
  • Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
  • Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
  • Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
  • Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status.
  • Support operational processes related to clinical research compliance
  • Train users on the use of a Clinical Research System
  • Create and Maintain user documentation


Minimum qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in clinical research
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Skills with use of Microsoft Word Office Suite, such as Word and Excel
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability
  • Able to work under a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Familiar with research environment

Preferred qualifications

  • Clinical research related certification preferred
  • Clinical Research System experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal regulations and guidelines
