As head of Fred Hutch’s Marketing Team, the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing is tasked with driving brand strategy and development of measurable multi-channel marketing plans to build awareness, engagement and advocacy on a local and national level. This includes ensuring that all marketing activities accrue to higher-level department and organizational goals, and championing the brand throughout the organization and across all stakeholder touchpoints.
Reporting to the Vice President of Communications & Marketing, you will be responsible for brand positioning based on audience insights, and development and execution of annual marketing plans informed by market research. The role also includes oversight of advertising strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and fundraising, sponsorship strategy and management, and marketing support for development and community events. You will run our creative agency relationships and work closely with Philanthropy, Business Development and Government Affairs, as well as our Web/Design/UX, Communications and Content teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns. You should have demonstrated experience in leading large brands with diverse audiences, and championing creative marketing initiatives that fulfill brand promise, create unique brand experiences and drive marketing ROI.
