Responsible for performing independently, tasks of a skilled nature, necessary for the operation, maintenance, repair, and remodeling of Center buildings, grounds, and equipment. Must be proficient in mechanical, plumbing and refrigeration skills and possess a class 3 boiler license or be able to obtain one. Additionally, applicant should have working knowledge in at least two of the following areas: architectural, electrical, welding, HVAC, building automation, steam and hot water systems.
This position could be swing shift or day shift, depending on team needs.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Individual will be assigned primarily PM, mechanical and/or architectural work orders and be expected to complete them independently. These responsibilities include estimating work both in terms of time and material, liaison with customers, executing the work, and completing all the required paperwork, such as updating as-built drawings.

Six years experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction, or repair work or completion of at least two years of trade school and two years experience.
